These are the new models Hillstone A2700 and A2800 from product line A – Next Generation firewalls. This new line is built on completely new architecture with characteristic high performance, extensibility and in particular, advanced protection and detection of network threats.
Both models are equipped with front and rear ventilation for heat regulation, have network interfaces with application layer security for threat protection and optional large storage modules for expansion. Because of these capabilities, the models are suitable for providing comprehensive protection for corporate networks, ISP providers and data centres.

Unit parameters:
- Large offer of input and output ports (2 x SPF+, 8 x SPF, 8 x GE) – which allows the unit to be used as a router/switch.
- Firewall throughput 10 Gb/s (A2700) or 16Gb/s (A2800).
