If you have technical problems with goods supplied by PROFIcomms s.r.o., please first fill out the forms below. After sending the form, either our colleagues from the technical support department will contact you, or you will get an RMA number, which you have to clearly state on the packaging of the goods you are sending.

Until you receive an RMA number, do not send the goods for a claim!

We ask for a detailed description of the defect. A description of the type "Unit does not work" is insufficient. When assessing the defective unit, the technician will be guided by your description of the defect, and if the defect is specified in general terms or with little concreteness, your claim may be found to be unauthorized with a penalty 500 CZK.
