The experts at TKH have capitalized on 25 years of experience in the security industry and have left nothing to coincidence. To assess the vulnerability, rigorous penetration tests were used - not only "black box" tests, but even "white box" testing from a reputable independent third party. This ensures that this latest version of VDG SENSE contains the best possible enhancements to protect your system from cyber attacks.

  • All communication between server and client is encrypted
  • No more default passwords, all passwords need to be configured
  • Stronger password encryption (AES 128 AES 256)
  • Mandatory password complexity level
 
A selection of some of the other improvements in this release:
 
  • The licensing model has been changed from "number of sensors" to IP address
  • Improved Failover function
  • Multiple private mask options (e.g. pixelation, blurring or covering a selected area with an opaque colour)
  • Optional OSD messages in panel (event-based)
  • Improved handling of recording and video tags
  • Integration of AID system CITILOG


We recommend VDG Sense VMS users upgrade to the latest enhanced version 2.7*. If you still have an active and prepaid SUP (Software Upgrade Plan), the upgrade to this version is of course also free. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us and we will prepare a special offer for you to upgrade your system.
